Meet the Programme Leaders

Dr Aisha Malik

Aisha qualified as a GP in 2006 and specialises in Diabetes. Her mission is to encourage lifestyle changes as the mainstay in the management of many common chronic aliments, rather than watch while her patients suffer ill health, spend their lives on drugs, or resort to surgery.

A firm believer in transformation, and hopeful about the future, Aisha believes passionately in preventative medicine and holistic nutrition.

Lesley Adams

Lesley is a Lifestyle Nutritionist specialising in the Real Food, LCHF (Low Carb, High Fat) way of eating and therapeutic use of ketogenic diets. She set up Real Food Rebels to help people lose weight and reverse their diabetes in a way that is better for overall health and more sustainable long-term.

She gained a Masters in Human Nutrition in 1993, and a qualified coach and group facilitator, she has taken specialised courses in LCHF and ketogenic nutrition.
